Adobe animate for web browser game?

The whole idea about this project was an experiment to test whether or not are we still able to make game on adobe flash (Which is called 'animate' by now). The problem was that adobe flash is no longer usable years ago leading all the other awesome web based games to shut down

Because of this, many awesome communities out there trying to revive these amazing flash games by making an adobe flash player by themselves. I was thinking about making an swf games because of this. But i have trouble with the extensions. Maybe i'm just too dumb to know where the problem:P

Instead of making a whole project out of actionscript, i found animate can do html5. I know a little html structures, but html5? Whatever that means, adobe animate has some codes available for the user to just copy and paste so i don't have to manually learn the documentary, all there's left to do is just learn how to draw and then just copy and paste the scripts i want to use

Voila, this game happen. Seeing how this turns out, I'm expecting myself making my own 2D style telltale games. But that mind is easily gone, knowing that i have to work on 1 scene only and my lack of knowledge about 2D animation (for reference, with actionscript you're able to work on multiple scenes making it easier to work with the project while keeping it organized)

 Unfortunately, I don't think it's a good choice.
Drawing and simple animations are easy in Adobe Animate
and the graphics are clean because of vector style.
But you need at least a separate main code file and
frame-in-frame movieclips.
Of course, you cannot make an entire game in the main timeline,
Instead I used to make my flash games in one frame
(let's say the whole game as a movieclip).
It would be great if you could find a solution
Good luck!

Indeed! Many flash games back then use multiple huge swf files and they're mostly working on a team. Take an example like Sift-heads and classic poptropica. But there are some games that were made by only one person mostly found on website like stickpage and newgrounds. Those people are my inspiration to try flash game development, it's a fun experiment though i agree with you to not recommend it as the main game engine for game development
